generic viagra The Centre for Youth Development and Research Initiative was founded in October 2004 as Development Partnership International (DPI). It is a model non-profit which focuses on developing young people’s capacity for effective social change and development actions. Its focus is premised on the argument that there are a plethora of youth organisations working on various development issues which affect young people, but many of them are faced with capacity challenges which impede their work.

CYDRI has partnered with a broad spectrum of organisations including the United Nations Population Fund, DLB Concerns, the Rivers State University of Education, Enugu and Rivers State governments, the Centre for Creative Arts Education, ACT ALIVE and One Village Foundation. CYDRI’s Board and Advisers have a cumulative experience spanning several years between them and have strong foundation in the training and mentoring of young people and youth organisations.
